Bathing: Every dog gets one bath with every groom. The bath is one of the most important parts of grooming. A clean dog is a happy dog.

Drying: All dogs are hand dried and fluffed as well so they are sure to look their best. Cage dryers are never used. Dogs with skin conditions should especially be bathed every 4-6 weeks to prevent itching and scratching which may worsen the skin condition.

Nail Clipping: This service is provided with each grooming. Nails that are too long can cause pain and difficulty walking. In smaller breeds, nails can grow so

long that it curls and grows into the paw pad which is very harmful and painful to your pet. Nails should be clipped every 2-4 weeks for every pet with or without grooming. At any time you may bring you pet in for nail clipping, no appointment is necessary.

Ear Cleaning: Ears are cleaned with every groom as well. We carefully remove the hair from the ear canal and we clean out wax and dirt with ear cleaner and cotton ball.

De-matting: Heavily matted pets can be de-matted, however, depending on the severity of the knots, it can be very painful to your pet.
